A great moment at Roger Steffens’ Reggae Archives in Los Angeles.

Joseph Hill of Culture met Sangie Davis for the first time and hit it off straight away like old pals. Sangie co-wrote Bob Marley’s “Wake Up and Live.” Over the years, the archives have become a real crossroads of reggae, where artists, producers, and stories collide.

And that blue chair… epic. The number of legendary asses that have sat in it is unreal. Still there in 2026, holding history!!
